2004 new technology and X series debut: Radeon 9500 & Radeon X800
The Radeon 9800 mentioned above is very powerful, but its process is still relatively old 0.15 micron process, but in 2004 ATI launched the Radeon 9500/9600 series based on the advanced 0.13 micron 13low-k process.
